    It all starts with a quick online discovery meeting, where we’ll answer any questions you have and provide an estimate of our pricing for the services you’re interested in (we recommend checking out our services and pricing pages to get a sense of what we offer beforehand).

    Once we identify how we can help you, we’ll then send you a proposal that provides further information on the services you’ve requested, which helps to ensure we’re on the same page before moving forward. Our proposals also outline the exact upfront price you’ll pay for your services, which we’ll stand behind.

  • Just because our service delivery is virtual doesn’t mean you’ll be dealing with robots! How the support process starts is up to you - although we find that most often clients send an email with their questions, or post a question in our client portal. In any case, the goal for our responses are efficiency for everyone - we know no one likes reading ten page emails about accounting issues, and they also take forever to write! If we can’t provide a brief written answer, we’ll either send a Loom video (a quick recorded presentation of our answer that you can view on nearly any device), or we may propose a scheduled call or meeting to tackle more complex issues.

  • Our goal is to provide our clients with fast and reliable support that they can count on. When you reach out to us, we aim to provide a response within 24 hours. If we need to gather more information or talk to a third-party, we will communicate with you to provide a timeline for when you can expect a resolution. We are committed to keeping you informed and providing you with the best possible service.

  • Yes, we spend lots on insurance each month to make sure everyone is protected, although we’ve never had to use it. We’re also a registered Chartered Professional Accounting firm based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
